We always try to accommodate late arrivals as long as doing so does not compromise the experience of the artists and other spectators; however, we reserve the right to deny entry if the event has started, or to seat you in a section from a different ticket category. Failure to arrive on time does not entitle you to a refund or to use the ticket for a later performance.
