How long does it take to deliver the ticket?

Immediately after payment, you will be able to download your ticket in PDF format. Your ticket will also be emailed to you as soon as we receive confirmation from the payment processor.

Do I have to print my ticket?

It is not necessary to print your ticket. A digital copy on your phone can be presented at the entrance for validation.

Is it possible to change tickets?

Once purchased, tickets cannot be modified or exchanged for other events, other dates or other seats. All purchases are final and tickets cannot be refunded, replaced or transferred to another edition of the event.

Is a refund possible?

Tickets once purchased cannot be changed for a later date and are non-refundable.

How far in advance should I arrive at the event?

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the event starts. This will allow you to sit comfortably and enjoy the unique atmosphere before the show begins.

What if I arrive late?

In the event of late arrival, we will accommodate you to the best of our ability, but to minimize disruption, you may need to wait or be seated at an appropriate time during the performance. Please be aware that, depending on the venue, access after the start of the concert may not be permitted at all.

What is the minimum age to attend the performance and is a child required to pay for a ticket?

The recommended minimum age for participation is mentioned on the page of each event and may vary depending on the venue and the specifics of the venue.
Regardless of age, children can only enter with a valid full ticket, as there are no discounts or free admission. Even if a child sits in a chair or holds a child, they are still attending the show and need a ticket.

What are dynamic tickets?

Ticket prices for our events are set dynamically - meaning they can vary up or down depending on demand, availability, time of purchase and other organizational factors. The price that appears at the time of purchase is the final price for your transaction; subsequent price changes do not affect the ticket purchased.
