Organizer: The entity responsible for the production, organization and running of Multisenzorial events, services offered by SC Multisenzorial SRL.

Ticket: Electronic document issued to the user after purchase, which gives the right of access to the event. The ticket may include a unique identification code and information relevant to the event, such as date and venue.

4.2 Purchase Confirmation

Upon successful completion of the payment, the user will receive a confirmation email containing the ticket along with details of the purchase, including the date, time and venue of the performance and the ticket code. By purchasing the tickets, the customer confirms that he/she understands and accepts these terms and conditions.

The price of the tickets purchased will not be refunded except in exceptional circumstances unilaterally determined by the organizer.

Tickets once purchased cannot be changed for a later date and are non-refundable.

4.4 Dynamic Pricing Policy

The Organizer uses a dynamic pricing system for tickets offered for sale. This means that ticket prices may vary over time, depending on demand, availability, period of purchase or other operational factors determined by the organizer.

The price displayed at the time of purchase is the final price for the ticket. Any subsequent changes in ticket prices will not affect transactions already finalized, and any subsequent fare differences cannot be claimed or refunded.

6. Conduct of the participant at the Show

  • Arrival at the venue: Please ensure that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the performance in order to facilitate timely access for all participants.
  • Late arrival: In this case, there is a risk of increased waiting time for seating and seats in preferential categories, such as those in the VIP area on stage, cannot be guaranteed, with the consequence of being seated in another area of the hall.
  • Age limit: This is different for each event.
  • Please check this information beforehand.
  • Photography and videotaping: Photography and videotaping are permitted during the performance, but without the use of flash. Full concert recording with professional equipment is not permitted.

7. Changes to the Terms

The Organizer reserves the right to amend this document at any time without prior notice. Any modification shall take effect immediately after publication on the website. Users are responsible for periodically checking this section to be aware of any changes. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
